Refund/Cancellation policy

This refund/cancellation policy will describe Heading North ehf. policy for both refund and cancellations.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.


A cancellation request will be considered valid, free of cost and will constitute a full refund when within the following requirements:

  • The notification of tour cancellation is sent 48 or more hours before the start time of the tour.

  • The notification is via email to

A cancellation request notified 48 hours or less before the start time of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds are offered if the client is late, or doesn’t show up, even if the weather is very bad, in the case that we are still able to do the trip safely.

Heading North ehf. reserves the right to cancel a tour when the company considers that safety cannot be guaranteed. In this case, a full refund or a reschedule to a different date will be offered to our customers.

Heading North ehf. will not charge any extra fee for refunding a tour or a reschedule.
