1. What do I need to bring?
It is important to prepare for the Icelandic weather. Bring a good pair of outdoor hiking boots, with ankle support. A couple layers including a rainproof and windproof jacket, gloves, and a hat.
2. Where do we meet?
Our guides will meet you in the car park at Jokulsarlon. Our guides are wearing uniform and our vehicles have our logo on it.
3. What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather is so bad that it would be unsafe to do the tour, we will cancel. In this case you will receive a full refund or if available a re booking will be made.
4. How do I check if the roads are open?

5. Do you always go to the same cave?
No, Ice Caves are natural formation and there fore are always changing. However, we always go to the most beautiful cave that is safe to operate in.
6. Which part of the glacier do you go to?
During the winter months we explore the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier, and in summer months we operate on faajökull.
7. Is the cave crowded?
Our tours are always small and private, which allows us to go to places which bigger groups cannot reach. However, as Ice Caves are open to everyone, therefore, at times we might encounter other people during our tours.
